Your opportunity:
Provide confidential executive and administrative support to the Principal while coordinating staff professional development applications, organising travel arrangements, leading some school events, maintaining OneSchool management and administrative databases for staff and other suitable duties, consistent with the duties and responsibilities of the position as directed by the Principal or Business Manager.
Responsibilities:
Provide confidential executive support to the Principal/Executive Principal.
Manage diaries, appointments, correspondence, meetings and conferences.
Prepare reports, correspondence, submissions and presentations.
Manage records, databases and information systems, including OneSchool and RTI.
Provide professional reception and customer service.
Assist with budgets, purchasing, corporate cards and financial reconciliations.
Coordinate domestic and international travel and related documentation.
Liaise with government, business, industry, parents and education stakeholders.
Supervise and support administrative staff.
Maintain confidentiality, compliance and effective administrative processes.
