You’re ready to play an essential role behind the scenes by providing vital support, ensuring seamless project execution, and playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of transportation.
In this role, you'll:
Support the delivery of NSW Government vibrancy and public space programs, contributing to the creation of high-quality, walkable and liveable communities across NSW.
Support the end-to-end administration of complex grant and funding programs, including assessment, contracting, milestone management, acquittals, compliance and reporting.
Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across government, local councils, industry and other delivery partners to drive collaborative outcomes.
Prepare high-quality briefs, reports, executive updates and program documentation while ensuring strong governance and record management practices.
Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and provide timely advice to support informed decision-making.
Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to support successful program delivery and community outcomes.

About you
You have experience delivering programs, projects, grants or funding initiatives within a complex stakeholder environment.
You're a strong relationship builder who can confidently engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
You have excellent written communication skills and can prepare concise, high-quality reports, briefs and executive correspondence.
You bring sound knowledge of governance, compliance, risk management and program delivery practices.
You're highly organised, able to manage competing priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
You're passionate about creating great places and communities and are motivated by delivering meaningful outcomes for the people of NSW.
There are two opportunities available: one ongoing (permanent) position and one temporary full-time position (up to 27 months) available offering flexibility for candidates seeking either long-term or fixed-term career opportunities.
