We need an Employment Hero power user who can come in, and help us build out the platform — forms, workflows, automations, and onboarding sequences — and leave it running cleanly. NDIS sector experience is a advantage.
Sapphire Support is the Sunshine Coast's leading registered NDIS provider, delivering person-centred disability and mental health support services across Assisted Daily Living, Supported Independent Living, Specialist Disability Accommodation, and Community Participation.
We've just got Employment Hero in place — but we need someone who knows the platform and has strong EH experience and build out what's still missing.
This is a short-to-medium term contract (casual or temp) for an Employment Hero specialist to configure and build out the remaining components of our platform. The work is primarily technical — creating forms, workflows, automations, onboarding sequences, and document templates — tailored to the compliance requirements of an NDIS registered provider.
You'll work directly with our Recruitment & Training Officer, Operations Manager, Payroll. You do not need an HR background — you need a strong working knowledge of Employment Hero.
- Custom forms
- Automated workflows
- Onboarding sequences — role-specific onboarding checklists and task flows
- Document templates — contracts, letters, policies, and HR documents configured for e-signature and automated distribution
- Offboarding workflows — structured exit processes including equipment return, system access removal, and final compliance checks
- Leave and certification tracking — setup or refinement of leave types, credential expiry tracking, and compliance registers within the platform
- Reporting and dashboards — building internal views that give our leadership team visibility over workforce compliance and onboarding status
- Integration review — assess how Employment Hero connects with our other platforms (ShiftCare for rostering) and identify any improvements
