The Network Manager & Systems Administrator role at Sanitarium Health Food Company is a senior IT infrastructure position based in Berkeley Vale, NSW, with a hybrid work arrangement. It combines strategic planning with hands-on technical work to ensure the company's network and communication systems remain secure, reliable, and high-performing.
Key responsibilities include:
Planning, designing, and managing the company's LAN, WAN, internet, VPN, and remote access networks.
Administering network management and remote monitoring systems.
Monitoring network performance and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
Working with telecommunications providers to resolve network and voice service problems.
Maintaining network security, firewalls, and access controls in collaboration with the Information Security team.
Performing network upgrades, maintenance, and documentation.
Supporting disaster recovery planning and infrastructure strategy.
Ensuring high availability of IT services across Australian and New Zealand operations.
Skills and qualifications:
Extensive experience in network and systems administration.
Strong knowledge of enterprise networking (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs).
Experience with network security and performance monitoring.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of change management and disaster recovery processes.

Pay: $11,700.00 – $14,200.00 per month
