Reporting to the Area Building Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Every day is different. You'll have the autonomy to manage your sites, build strong relationships with trades and customers, and play a pivotal role in delivering homes that change lives

Lead and coordinate residential construction projects from commencement through to handover

Ensure every home is built to Metricon's exceptional quality standards

Manage site safety, compliance, scheduling and overall site performance

Build strong relationships with customers throughout their building journey

Coordinate and manage subcontractors to achieve production and quality targets

Proactively identify and resolve construction issues

Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements, building regulations, QA systems, and company processes

Deliver homes on time, defect free and with an outstanding customer experience; and

Hand over keys to delighted homeowners—a moment you'll never get tired of.

The successful candidate will have:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential building industry (essential)

Medium density experience would be an advantage
-
Strong knowledge of residential construction processes, regulations, and compliance requirements

Demonstrated project management and organisational skills
-
Solid understanding of OH&S regulations and quality assurance systems
-
The ability to build trusted relationships with trades, suppliers, and stakeholders
-
Exceptional communication and customer service skills
-
Experience managing client expectations and resolving issues professionally

Knowledge of new home contracts and construction documentation
-
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality outcomes; and

A proactive, solutions-focused approach and the ability to meet deadlines.
