What’s the opportunity?
We’re on the lookout for a hands-on technical expert who’s ready to jump in, make an impact, and be a key part of our GRIMME team! If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and getting out in the field, this role is for you.
You’ll play a vital role in keeping our equipment performing at its best. From delivering top-notch repair and service support to working alongside customers and colleagues in the field, no two days will be the same.
You’ll also get involved in machine product demonstrations, start-ups, and special projects—helping bring our GRIMME equipment to life for our customers.
It’s a role where your expertise truly matters, your skills are valued, and your work makes a real difference every day.
About you!
- Experienced in field and workshop repair and service work on agricultural machinery - ideally in similar harvesting machinery to our GRIMME range
- Have a solid interpretation of hydraulic / electric schematics and diagnostics skills
- A genuine commitment to improving health, safety and wellbeing outcomes
- Excellent customer service and communication skills as you will be interacting with a vast and varied range of customers
- Ability to work autonomously as well as within a team
- Willingness to travel for extended periods
- Current driver’s license essential and Forklift license is preferable
