We are currently seeking a Pastry Production Chef to join our high-quality production kitchen. Perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. You'll be working alongside a dedicated team that values quality, consistency, and creativity.
What we're looking for:
- Proven pastry experience across a variety of products
- Solid baking experience, including consistent quality and timing
- Confident with lamination techniques and croissant/puff pastry production
- Completed Certificate III in Patisserie (Pastry)
