The Char Rotisserie is opening a new store in Rose Bay, we are looking for Chefs/Cooiks and kitchen hands We are a fast paced take - away food retail food shop that specialises in top end Free range rotisserie chicken, fresh salads and hot food. We are a growing company that has been established in Bondi and Bronte for over 14 years. The Char Rotisserie has a very loyal customer following and we want to translate that experience in Rose Bay. We have a high emphasis on a great customer experience , with great customer service and serving a high quality product.
The position involves running the kitchen , kitchen rosters, training and hiring kitchen staff, working as a team, maintaining a high level of food displays in a retail environment and building a strong team.
The candidates will need to work closely with the owner, help build the business, and develop the team.
You must be able to work in a fast paced environment , lead a team as well as lead by example and be hands on.
You must have good English , present well , communicate well and have worked in a similar role for at least 2 years.
You must be flexible in the hours that you can work and be available to weekends and public holidays . We are only looking for someone that has a long term employment plan.
