The Opportunity
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will support a premium brand client in a hands-on Leading Hand role, coordinating day-to-day commercial cleaning activities, supporting client events and maintaining high presentation standards in a customer-facing environment.
Key responsibilities:
· Represent Quad Services professionally, with excellent grooming and uniform presentation
· Lead by example while coordinating a small cleaning team
· Provide friendly, professional customer service and respond to requests as required
· Support client events with pre- and post-event cleaning
· Communicate clearly with client, their customers and team members
Skills and Experience
You will bring:
· Commercial cleaning experience, ideally as a Leading Hand or team leader
· Exceptional attention to detail and pride in maintaining high standards
· Strong customer service focus and professional presentation
· Reliability for Monday to Friday work in Sydney CBD
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· A National Criminal History Check (issued within the last three months)
