What will your typical day look like?
Every day you’ll build your skills and knowledge through practical, hands-on experience. You’ll work alongside professionals who are experts in their field, contribute to real client projects, and build your capability through feedback and support.
As a Graduate in the FS Reg team, you’ll:
Get immediate exposure working on real engagements and projects
Deliver assurance and advisory services to leading Australian financial institutions across Wealth Management, Financial Advice, Superannuation, and Insurance sectors ensuring clients meet evolving compliance standards
Work alongside a highly skilled team to research, support, design and implement solutions for complex regulatory challenges
You won’t be expected to know everything from day one. You’ll be supported through structured learning, feedback and collaboration.
About the team
In Financial Services Regulatory (FS Reg CoE), we provide assurance and advisory services to Australia’s top financial institutions including Wealth Management, Financial Advice, Superannuation, and Insurance sectors. As a Deloitte Centre of Excellence, we support our clients in crafting and developing solutions for complex regulatory issues and meeting regulatory requirements.
Demand for our regulatory specialist and audit services is growing more than ever as the world recognises our talent.

We’re seeking applications from final-year students or recent graduates to join our Graduate program. You may have all or some of the following:
Curiosity and a genuine interest in learning
Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset to engage with clients and team
Interest in compliance advisory with strong attention to detail
Confidence to ask questions and learn through feedback
Alignment with Deloitte’s values and inclusive culture
You’ll be studying towards a relevant degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Business Law
