About the Role
We are seeking a Front of House Team Member with hospitality experience who is confident, talkative, and enjoys engaging with customers. This role is perfect for someone who understands customer service and can be trained quickly into our systems and service style.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service
- Greet customers and take orders confidently
- Upsell menu items, drinks, and promotions
- Build rapport with customers and encourage repeat visits
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front area
- Support team members during busy service periods
Skills & Experience (Essential)
- Previous hospitality experience required (restaurant, café, bar, or fast food)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Confident, talkative, and approachable personality
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable availability, including evenings and weekends
