As Senior Store Manager at Salad Days, you’ll oversee all operations across your store(s), manage the shift supervisors and team, ensure exceptional service & food quality, and drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage shift supervisors and all front‑of‑house & back‑of‑house staff; foster a positive, high‑energy culture.
- Oversee the entire store operations: opening, closing, staffing, scheduling, inventory, supply chain, and maintenance.
- Ensure consistency and high standards of food quality, presentation, hygiene, safety, and service across all shifts.
- Liaise with suppliers / vendors to order & manage stock; monitor inventory levels; control wastage; implement cost‑control measures.
- Monitor financial performance: sales targets, profitability, margin controls; manage budgets and labour cost.
- Handle customer relationships: ensure excellent customer satisfaction, respond to feedback / complaints, maintain brand reputation.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety, food safety, allergen protocols, regulations and internal policies.
- Recruitment, training & development: hire new team members; develop training programs; coach & support staff; conduct performance reviews.
- Work with senior management on initiatives to improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, reduce costs, and optimize scheduling.
- Be the escalated point for issues that shift supervisors can’t resolve; set direction & expectations; ensure accountability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hospitality management experience required.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to motivate teams and lead by example.
- Strong organisational & planning skills; ability to multitask and set priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Deep understanding of food safety, hygiene, allergen protocols, and applicable regulations.
- Customer‑focused mindset, excellent problem solving & conflict resolution skills.
- Reliable, punctual, professional; integrity in handling cash / financial operations.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
