Costa's Vertical Farming category brings together our premium glasshouse produce and mushroom businesses, supplying tomatoes, capsicums and mushrooms to major retailers and customers across Australia, through advanced growing technologies, operational excellence and customer-focused commercial strategies to deliver high-quality fresh produce year-round.
We are seeking a motivated graduate to join Costa's Vertical Farming business based in Docklands, Victoria.
This is a permanent full-time graduate opportunity where you'll combine structured development with hands-on commercial experience, supporting customer partnerships, commercial performance and strategic business initiatives.
Working alongside experienced commercial and sales leaders, you'll help identify growth opportunities, analyse market and customer trends, improve business processes and contribute to commercial initiatives that support the continued growth of Costa's Vertical Farming category.

About this position:
As a graduate within Costa's Vertical Farming team, you'll work across customer, commercial and operational activities that support sustainable category growth and exceptional customer outcomes.
No two days are the same. One day you may be analysing sales performance and market trends, the next you could be supporting customer planning activities, participating in retailer discussions or working with operational teams to improve forecasting and supply planning.

About you:
We're looking for graduates who are curious, commercially minded and excited by the opportunity to solve business challenges in a dynamic and growing industry. You may have recently completed (or be in your final year of) a degree in:
