Kitchen Hand – Full Time / Part Time
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Hand to join our busy restaurant team in Melbourne CBD.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation.
- Wash dishes, kitchen equipment, and utensils.
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, storage rooms, and workstations.
- Receive and store deliveries correctly.
- Remove rubbish and ensure waste is managed properly.
- Follow food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
- Assist with cleaning duties at the end of service.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
- Availability to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
