Northern Beaches Hospital is seeking an experienced health manager to join the High-Volume Surgical Hub team. This position works in close partnership with the NBH Clinical Screener and Surgical Services team.

What you'll be doing
The High Volume Surgical Hub Coordinator is responsible for the implementation, operational oversight, and continuous optimisation of the NBH High Volume Surgical Hub. The role ensures seamless coordination between NBH, referring LHDs, surgeons, perioperative teams, and patients on the elective surgery waitlist. It exists to maximise surgical throughput, reduce wait times, and maintain a high quality patient experience.
This position works in close partnership with the Director Operations, Surgical Services and the HVSH Steering Committee to ensure the main objectives of the Hub are met and that the workflows of the Hub are fit for purpose, scalable and sustainable.
