Date Drip is officially heading to Westfield Parramatta for the Christmas season, and we’re building our team!
We’re a growing Sydney specialty drinks brand known for our ceremonial-grade matcha, iced coffees and signature date-sweetened drinks. What started at markets and events is now moving into Westfield — and we’re looking for fun, confident and reliable people to come along for the ride.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
No two shifts will be exactly the same, but you’ll mainly be:
- Making our specialty drinks
- Taking orders and chatting with customers
- Learning our recipes and making sure every drink looks and tastes amazing
- Potentially creating content for our socials
- Using our POS system and processing payments
- Keeping the kiosk clean, stocked and looking its best
- Working with the team during busy Christmas rushes
- Restocking and prepping ingredients throughout your shift
- Helping create the friendly, premium experience we want people to associate with Date Drip

✨ Genuinely interested in matcha, coffee, food or hospitality
✨ Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
Previous café, barista, hospitality or retail experience is a bonus, but it’s not essential.
We care more about finding the right personalities and work ethic — we can teach you how to make Date Drip drinks.
CHRISTMAS AVAILABILITY
This is a Christmas Casual position, so strong availability during the Christmas trading period is important.
We’re particularly looking for team members who can work a mix of:
- Weekdays
- Weekends
- Late-night trading
- Busy Christmas shopping periods
