The ideal candidate for this role should have a strong focus on general management skills, communication and relationship building. This will enable the candidate to better build the stakeholder relationship necessary to strategise, implement and evaluate key training programs that assist SPHERE with strengthening research, translation and capacity building amongst stakeholders.

Strong Project Management Skills - confidently leads multiple education initiatives at once, coordinating timelines, resources and stakeholders to ensure training programs are delivered on schedule and to a high standard.

Capability Builder - designs and implements learning strategies that uplift staff capability, strengthen organisational knowledge, and support long‑term workforce development across diverse teams.

Great Communicator - translates complex information into clear, engaging training content, builds rapport with learners at all levels, and communicates with influence across clinical, operational and executive audiences.
Selection Criteria

Relevant qualification in Education, Health Sciences, Public Health, or related field; or equivalent experience.

Demonstrated expertise in instructional design and adult learning, including digital learning and blended delivery.

Proven experience designing, delivering, and evaluating education programs in health or research settings.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills, including co-design with clinicians and consumers
