About the Role
Love & Co Real Estate is seeking an experienced and highly organised Commercial Property Manager to join our established commercial division in Reservoir, Victoria.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a well-maintained commercial portfolio while working within a supportive, professional, and growth-focused environment. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to landlords and tenants while ensuring optimal performance of commercial assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of commercial properties including retail, office, and industrial
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Oversee lease administration, renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
- Coordinate maintenance, compliance, and contractor management
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and outgoings reconciliations
- Conduct routine inspections and manage property condition reporting
- Ensure compliance with Victorian real estate legislation and company policies
- Maintain accurate CRM records and portfolio reporting
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in commercial property management
- Strong knowledge of commercial leases and outgoings
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
- Victorian Real Estate Licence or Certificate (essential)
- Professional presentation and client-focused approach

Pay: $85,000.00 – $110,000.00 per year
