We are currently pursuing an enthusiastic experienced individual to join our
highly skilled team in the role of a full time Dental Technician/Ceramist.

To be successful in this role you will need:
A relevant Dental Technician Qualification;
Be an Australian citizen or have a valid Australian visa with work rights and be
onshore.
Excellent skills working with thermoforming and acrylic. Minimum 2 years ceramic experience.
Ability to skilfully layer ceramic materials on various dental substrates
(Emax, Zirconia, PFM, veneers, implants) for superior aesthetics and
function.
Good experience in stain and glazing techniques.
The applicant must be capable of working in a cohesive team environment,
whilst also having the ability to work autonomously.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The technician must be able to work unsupervised and be involved in the
direct treatment planning and design of cases together with staff and
dentists.
High degree of computing competency and a high standard of accuracy.
Dedicated to the pursuit of excellence with a critical eye for precision and
detail.
Artistic with an eagerness to progress and learn and maintaining consistent,
high-quality ceramic build-up throughout the process.
Good communication skills with an enthusiastic attitude.
Ability to work to deadlines.
Work harmoniously within a collaborative team environment.
An ability to quickly absorb technical information and to intelligently
communicate information clearly and confidently.
Attention to Detail: Uphold precision and accuracy in all tasks, from
preparation to finishing, to meet exacting standards.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
