Casual Position
Wonder Pies and Fun House Food Group are looking for a friendly and customer-focused team member to join our events team. This varied role involves setting up and operating market stalls, offsite events and customer experiences, as well as assisting with events held at our Coburg North premises.

About the Role
You'll represent our brands at markets, festivals and events across Melbourne. From setting up our Airstreams and event spaces to serving customers and packing down at the end of the day, you'll help deliver a seamless and memorable customer experience.
Please note that this role involves very early starts, with some shifts commencing as early as 2:30am on Saturdays. Most regular hours are worked across Saturdays and Sundays.
Your Responsibilities
- Set up and pack down market stalls, Airstreams and event equipment.
- Connect power and operate the generator.
- Prepare sites for trade and ensure equipment is ready to go.
- Provide friendly customer service and process payments.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organised and well-presented workspace.
- Monitor stock levels and report customer feedback or any issues to management.
- Return equipment and stock to our Coburg site post event.
Additional Opportunities
As Wonder Pies operates multiple businesses, there may be opportunities for additional shifts within our Coburg production kitchen, assisting with food packing and basic kitchen tasks if desired by the candidate.

- Reliable and punctual, particularly for early morning starts.
- Calm and professional in busy hospitality environments.
- A strong communicator who works well as part of a team.
- Physically fit and comfortable with lifting, setting up and packing down equipment.
- Adaptable and happy working across different locations and events.
- Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.

Requirements
- Immediate start available.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Ability to work very early morning shifts, including starts from 2:30am on Saturdays.
- Physically fit and capable of completing event set-up and pack-down.
- Unrestricted Australian working rights (no student visas).
