Customer Service Team Member – BSquare Eatery

BSquare Eatery is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused team member who enjoys interacting with people and providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude.
- Take orders and process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised front-of-house area.
- Assist with food and drink preparation when required.
- Work efficiently with the team to deliver excellent customer service.
About You
- Friendly, happy, and talkative personality.
- Positive attitude with a strong “can-do” approach.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends.
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential.
