We are seeking an experienced Functions Supervisor to support the Site Manager in delivering functions and events across the school campus. From intimate meetings and casual teas to large formal dinners and major events, you’ll lead the team and ensure every function is delivered safely, professionally and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities
Working closely with the Site Manager, you will coordinate functions across the campus, ensuring every event is delivered efficiently and to a consistently high standard.
- Lead event operations from preparation through to pack-down
- Coordinate and roster catering staff
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure food quality, service and dietary requirements are met
- Monitor event operations and budgets, resolving issues as required
Skills and Experiences:
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Proven experience supervising hospitality teams and functions
- Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with staff training and rostering
- Hands-on experience in event setup, service and pack-down
- Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain
