As Assistant Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in inspiring educators, strengthening family engagement, and driving excellence across the centre.
As our Assistant Centre Manager, you'll work closely with the Centre Manager to support the daily operations of the service while leading and mentoring a team of passionate educators.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the leadership and day-to-day operations of the centre
- Coaching, mentoring and developing educators to reach their full potential
- Building positive partnerships with families and the local community
- Ensuring compliance with National Quality Framework requirements and company policies
- Supporting occupancy growth through strong customer service and community connections
- Driving a positive team culture focused on collaboration, engagement and quality outcomes
- Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and centre success
You are an inspiring people leader who is passionate about early childhood education and achieving exceptional outcomes for children and teams.
You'll bring:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Previous leadership experience in an Assistant Centre Manager, 2IC, Educational Leader or senior leadership role
- Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and National Quality Standards
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate and support high-performing teams
- A commitment to child safety, quality practice and continuous improvement
