Your new role:
As a Registered Nurse in our Day Surgery and Treatment Unit, you'll provide safe, compassionate care throughout the patient's day surgery journey. Working across admissions, discharge, preadmissions and procedural areas, you'll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure excellent clinical outcomes while supporting a diverse range of surgical, medical and interventional procedures. In this role, you will:
Deliver safe, evidence-based care across the patient journey.
Conduct preadmission assessments and determine suitability for day surgery.
Provide pre- and post-operative nursing care and patient education.
Work collaboratively with medical, nursing and allied health teams.
