As a Zone Manager, you'll lead multiple stores and play a critical role in shaping the success of our business. You'll coach Store Managers, develop future leaders, drive sales growth, and build a high-performance culture that delivers results. Your job is to build winning teams.

As a Zone Manager, you'll own the performance of your region across sales, people, operations, and customer experience.
You'll:

- Champion our 12V category, ensuring teams have the product knowledge, confidence, and selling capability to deliver outstanding customer solutions.
- Ensure every customer receives an exceptional experience, every time.
- Drive Click & Collect growth through operational excellence and customer engagement.
- Recruit, develop and retain exceptional talent while creating clear career pathways.
- Partner with leaders across Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and People & Culture to deliver business priorities.
