-Support clients to participate in age appropriate activities and tasks including employment, in home support and community access.
-Support clients to access activities and outings in the community.
-Provide direct assistance to each client in accordance with their service plan and as
directed
-Skilled or willing to learn manual handling, transfers and personal cares
-Physically fit and able to execute care plan and responsibilities
- must have a good car, valid driver's licence
Pay: $34.00 – $38.00 per hour
