Exhibition Kitchen | Level 53, Salesforce Tower Sydney
This is a full-time role on a 6-month fixed-term basis to cover parental leave.
About the role:
As a Chef de Partie in the Exhibition Kitchen, you will work alongside the Chef de Cuisine, Sous Chefs and wider culinary team to prepare and deliver high-quality dishes and snacks.
You will also support the events program, contributing both behind the scenes and during service to create memorable guest experiences.
You will report to the Fossix Key Account Director and receive daily guidance from the Salesforce Head Chef. This hands-on role combines food preparation, station ownership, event delivery, menu creativity, sustainability and strong operational discipline.

What you'll do:
- Receive, prepare, produce and serve fresh, high-quality food for events and daily culinary service.
- Take ownership of your station, dish requirements, mise en place and product ordering needs.
- Maintain an organised, efficient kitchen and manage your time across preparation, events and administrative tasks.
- Uphold all food safety, sanitation, personal hygiene and workplace health and safety requirements.
- Source and manage local produce where required, with a strong focus on sustainability and waste reduction.
- Treat ingredients and equipment with care and respect, maintaining quality and protecting resources.
- Contribute to menu planning, cost management and commercially responsible kitchen operations.
- Bring creativity and inspiration to dish development and team collaboration.
- Deliver positive, solutions-focused service that creates memorable and authentic experiences for guests.

- Relevant commercial kitchen experience at Chef de Partie level.
- Strong foundations in preparation, service, food safety and station management.
- A sharp eye for quality, freshness, presentation and detail.

- A calm, organised and adaptable approach in a busy events-focused environment.
- Creativity, initiative and a genuine passion for food and guest experience.
