Physiotherapist – Performance Rehabilitation
Evo Health | Cabramatta & Canley Heights
Help Shape the Future of Physiotherapy at Evo Health
Evo Health is growing into a modern, performance-focused physiotherapy and rehabilitation clinic, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Physiotherapist to join our expanding team.
If you're ready to move beyond the traditional cycle of treating clients with massage and manual therapy alone, this role offers the opportunity to deliver active, evidence-based rehabilitation that helps people move better, perform better, and achieve lasting results.
We believe physiotherapy is more than short-term pain relief. Our approach combines hands-on treatment when appropriate with strength, movement retraining, exercise prescription, and performance-based rehabilitation to create meaningful, long-term outcomes for our clients.
If you have a passion for Clinical Pilates or movement-based rehabilitation, you'll have the opportunity to incorporate it into your treatment, with access to our DMA Clinical Reformer equipment and matwork programs. Pilates experience is highly regarded but not essential.
You'll also receive one-on-one mentoring from our Lead Physiotherapist to help develop your clinical reasoning, rehabilitation skills, and confidence.
Why Join Evo Health?
At Evo Health, we're redefining what physiotherapy looks like.
Rather than relying solely on passive treatment, we focus on empowering clients through movement, education, exercise, and performance-based rehabilitation.
Whether you're feeling limited by the traditional private practice model or you're looking to expand your rehabilitation skillset, this is an opportunity to grow as a clinician in a supportive and innovative environment.
You'll gain experience across:
- Private musculoskeletal physiotherapy
- Performance-based rehabilitation
- Sports injury management
- Strength and conditioning principles
- Exercise prescription and movement retraining
- Clinical Pilates (optional)
- WorkCover and CTP
- NDIS participants
- Community and home-based rehabilitation
Competitive Salary & Incentives
We offer a competitive salary package with performance incentives and commission opportunities, recognising your contribution and professional growth.
Flexible Working Arrangements
Choose between 2–5 days per week with a mix of clinic consultations, rehabilitation sessions, and community visits.
About the Role
As part of our physiotherapy team, you will:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of musculoskeletal and rehabilitation conditions.
- Deliver evidence-based physiotherapy using a combination of manual therapy, exercise prescription, movement retraining, and rehabilitation.
- Design individualised rehabilitation programs focused on restoring function and improving long-term performance.
- Prescribe strength, mobility, and functional exercise programs tailored to each client's goals.
- Incorporate Clinical Pilates where appropriate for clients interested in movement-based rehabilitation.
- Manage private, sports, WorkCover, CTP, Medicare, and NDIS clients.
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to provide holistic, client-centred care.
- Maintain high-quality clinical documentation and build lasting relationships with clients.
About You

- Has experience with Clinical Pilates or an interest in developing these skills (desirable but not essential).
