We are looking for a reliable and detail-focused part time Warehouse Stockkeeper to join our food supply company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, check, organise and store food supply stock
- Check deliveries against invoices and purchase orders
- Monitor expiry dates, batch numbers and product condition
- Rotate stock using FIFO / FEFO methods
- Assist with picking, packing and preparing orders
- Maintain accurate stock records in the inventory system
- Assist with regular stocktakes
- Report stock discrepancies, wastage, damaged goods and supplier issues
- Handle supplier returns when required
- Keep the warehouse clean, organised and food-safe
- Operate forklift when required
Requirements:
- Previous food warehouse, stock control or storeperson experience preferred
- Good understanding of FIFO / FEFO stock rotation
- Food safety awareness and good hygiene practices
- Experience checking expiry dates, batch numbers and product condition
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail
- Basic computer or inventory system skills
- Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties
- Experience with Asian food products or restaurant supplies is highly regarded
- Forklift driving experience preferred; valid forklift licence highly regarded
- Experience with stocktake, wastage reports and supplier returns preferred
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Good communication and teamwork skills

Pay: $31.00 – $35.00 per hour
