At Kenway & Clark, our parts team plays a vital role in keeping customers working. Supporting agricultural machinery, construction equipment and implements, this role is about practical problem-solving, good product knowledge and being someone the workshop and customers can rely on.
We’re looking for a Parts Interpreter to join our Gunnedah team. This role suits someone with hands-on mechanical or parts experience, or strong customer service and stock/inventory management experience, who understands how important accuracy and reliability are in a parts environment.
About the role
You’ll work closely with technicians, customers and suppliers to identify and source parts, manage orders and keep workflows running smoothly. It’s a practical, busy role where accuracy and experience matter.
What you’ll be doing
- Interpreting parts for agricultural, construction and implement equipment
- Supporting workshop technicians and external customers
- Identifying correct parts using catalogues and dealer systems
- Maintaining accurate stock levels and inventory records
- Working with service and sales teams to support customer outcomes
- Helping keep the parts department organised and efficient
What we’re looking for
- Experience in one or more of the following:
- Parts interpreting or mechanical / workshop roles
- Customer service in a technical or trade environment
- Stock control, warehousing or inventory management
- A working understanding of agricultural or construction equipment (or the ability to learn quickly)
- Strong attention to detail and organisation
- Comfortable using computers and parts systems
- Reliable, practical and team-focused
