Summit Constructions Service Pty Ltd is a QBCC registered building contractor. We provide full construction services covering site analysis, feasibility studies, preliminary design, construction tendering and project management, delivering various residential and commercial projects across Queensland and Northern NSW regional markets.
The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Specialist to strengthen our brand presence, generate new business leads and drive company growth across Queensland and Northern NSW.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct research into local construction markets to identify potential clients and business opportunities, while maintaining and updating the company’s client contact database.
2. Develop marketing content including project profiles, promotional videos, brochures and digital materials to showcase completed building projects and company capabilities.
3. Manage the company’s website, social media platforms and email marketing activities to strengthen local brand recognition.
4. Attend local building trade fairs to showcase completed projects and grow industry networks.
5. Maintain consistent branding across the company's website, social media platforms and project sites, and prepare regular marketing reports for management.
6. Organise online, print and event promotions to attract clients across QLD and Northern NSW, building all our promotional channels
7. Coordinate with project and estimating teams to collect project information and develop marketing materials to support promotional activities.
8. Liaise with industry partners, suppliers and external service providers to coordinate marketing campaigns, promotional events and branding initiatives.
9. Manage yearly marketing costs and provide monthly performance summaries.
Ideal Candidate:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Real Estate Management or a related field (preferred).
2. Minimum 5 years of professional marketing experience, experience within construction or real estate industries is highly regarded.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable presenting to senior stakeholders and clients.
4. End-to-end campaign expertise: Skilled in designing, executing, and analysing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, print, events); strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and project management skills to manage competing deadlines across internal/external teams.
5. Technically proficient: Experience with SEO, social media management, analytic tools, CRM platforms.
6. Strategic & proactive mindset: Ability to analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions; Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive team player.
