Category 5 Labour Management is recruiting Recycling Sorters and Yard Workers to join a leading national waste management and recycling company based in Bibra Lake.
Whether you’re looking for hands-on work on the recycling line or have a current LF Forklift Licence and experience working in industrial yards, we’d love to hear from you. Join a business that plays an important role in sustainable waste management while offering stable, ongoing employment.

Recycling Sorter Duties
- Sort recyclable materials from conveyor systems.
- Remove non-recyclable waste and contaminants.
- Monitor material flow throughout the plant.
- Complete housekeeping and general clean-up.
- Perform manual handling and lifting of up to 25kg.
- Follow all safety and environmental procedures.
Yard Worker Duties
- Operate forklifts to move recyclable materials and bins safely around the site.
- Load, unload and relocate stock and containers.
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe yard.
- Assist with general yard and recycling operations as required.
- Follow all site safety procedures and operational requirements.
To be successful, you’ll have:
- Current WA Driver’s Licence.
- Full Australian working rights with no restrictions.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Willingness to obtain Hepatitis A+ B immunisations if required.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Ability to perform manual work and stand for extended periods.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment Drug & Alcohol screen.
- Ability to complete online inductions before commencing.
- Current LF Forklift Licence (required for Yard Worker positions).
