About the role:
We are seeking an experienced and qualified landscaper for a Site Supervisor role. The successful applicant will have landscape industry experience as a supervisor, managing multiple staff. The role will include:

Largely independent construction of projects to specifications

Job reporting, organization and communication with clients, project managers, builders and designers
-
Managing and supervising staff, sub-contractors and suppliers
-
Managing software and paperwork relevant to each project
-
Maintaining a safe and positive workplace
This position is an on-tools role where you will be setting the pace and leading by example. There is scope for advancement within the company if you can show suitable initiative, and drive and advance the quality and quantity of work. Each year our projects grow in scope and complexity and the successful person will play a large part in this continuing.
