An Implementation Consultant is responsible for deploying the 8Seats wealth management platform for new clients. The role works closely with financial advisers, investment managers, and technical teams to configure the system, migrate data, deliver user training, and ensure a successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead client onboarding and software implementation projects.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients.
- Configure the platform based on client operational needs.
- Coordinate data migration, testing, and system integration activities.
- Deliver user training sessions and create implementation documentation.
- Collaborate with product development and technical support teams.
- Troubleshoot implementation issues and recommend solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
