As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Marketing Specialist to develop and implement marketing strategies that strengthen our brand, increase customer engagement and support continued business growth.
About the Role
The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
The successful candidate will work closely with management and operational teams to promote the restaurant, high tea experiences, seasonal menus, events, private functions and other business offerings.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional plans aligned with business objectives.
· Conduct market research to identify customer trends, market opportunities, competitor activities and emerging hospitality trends.
· Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns to promote restaurant services, high tea experiences, seasonal menu offerings and special events.
· Manage and develop the business's digital marketing activities, including social media, website content, online promotions and digital campaigns.
· Plan and coordinate social media content, including photography, promotional materials, campaign content and event announcements.
· Monitor social media engagement, website performance and campaign results and prepare marketing performance reports.
· Develop strategies to increase customer acquisition, customer engagement, repeat visitation and brand awareness.
· Coordinate promotional campaigns for weddings, corporate functions, birthdays, private events and other venue activities.
· Work with management to develop promotional materials, advertising content and marketing communications.
· Maintain consistent branding and messaging across digital platforms, promotional materials and customer communications.
· Identify opportunities to improve the business's online presence and digital customer experience.
· Liaise with external suppliers, designers, media providers and other marketing service providers where required.
· Monitor marketing expenditure and assist management with marketing budgets and campaign planning.
· Analyse campaign performance and customer feedback and make recommendations for future marketing activities.
· Assist with the development and promotion of new products, menu offerings and seasonal campaigns.
· Build relationships with relevant tourism, hospitality, community and business networks to increase exposure and customer reach.
· Keep up to date with developments in digital marketing, social media platforms, hospitality marketing and consumer behaviour.
Skills and Experience
· A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related discipline.
· At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably within hospitality, tourism, food and beverage, retail or events.
· Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns.
· Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media marketing and online promotional channels.
· Experience in content development, campaign coordination and performance analysis.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities.
· Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
· The ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with management and operational teams.
· Experience promoting hospitality venues, restaurants, events or tourism-related businesses will be highly regarded.

· Salary of AUD $80,000 – $95,000 + superannuation per annum, depending on skills and experience.
