Clerk Grade: Level 3/4. Base salary $87,199 p.a. to $95,482p.a. plus 12% superannuation and annual leave loading

About the team
Financial Performance and Investments Division comprises teams supporting the financial and investment needs of our clients as well as maintaining, enhancing, and protecting their assets. These services cover the management of properties, shares, investments, and other personal assets; the processing of customer and third-party payments and receipts; the handling of a range of taxation matters; developing financial plans and budgets to support our customers; and providing corporate frameworks, tools and services for Procurement, Project Management Governance, and Budgeting and Reporting to the organisation.
About the role
This is an exciting opportunity to join NSW Trustee and Guardian’s Property Service Centre as a Property Officer, supporting the delivery of high-quality, consistent and timely property services for customer-owned properties. In this role, you will coordinate property inspections, repairs, maintenance and associated administrative tasks, working closely with customers, beneficiaries, internal teams and external service providers to ensure services are delivered in line with agreed quality standards, budgets and timeframes.
You will manage competing priorities and high-volume property matters, provide clear updates to stakeholders, maintain accurate records and escalate more complex matters to the Principal Property Officer where required.

About you
We are looking for someone who:
Has proven experience coordinating and managing high-volume work, particularly in relation to property repairs, maintenance and inspections.
Can effectively manage external service providers to ensure repairs, maintenance and inspection services are delivered for customer-owned properties.
Communicates clearly and professionally with customers, families, stakeholders, colleagues and service providers.
Can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and provide timely updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Handles enquiries and issues with sensitivity, discretion and sound judgement.
Is comfortable using systems and processes to support service delivery and identify opportunities for improvement.
Has understanding of NSW Trustee and Guardian’s key services and customer base, including experience working with or supporting people with disabilities, vulnerable people or older people.
