Termico Group is looking for a Customer Service & Scheduling Officer with strong coordination and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, effectively manage logistics and demonstrate high attention to details. This is a Monday to Friday position within our busy Insulation team, on a 12-month maternity leave contract starting in August 2026.
⭐The Position
As a Scheduler within the Insulation division, you will work with WA and Eastern States builders and suppliers.
The work is split between the states in a team of 3 .When working with our Eastern States sales consultants and clients, the working hours are 6:30am to 3pm and WA is 7am to 3:30pm. The successful candidate will need to have the flexibility to do both sets of hours.
⭐Your Responsibilities
· Answer incoming phone calls from supervisors & installers
· Liaise with our sales consultants
· Schedule jobs for pickup and delivery
· Coordinate warehouse collections & logistics
· Process orders and call-ups accurately
· Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory
· Attend weekly meetings and prepare agenda & meeting minutes.
· Resolve daily operational issues
· Work effectively both in a team and independently
