We're looking for a Production Operator to join our team in Bangholme, Victoria. This is a hands-on role where you'll assemble products, work with materials and equipment, and help deliver quality solutions to our customers.
You might come from manufacturing, warehousing, trades, automotive, construction, maintenance, or another practical background. You may even have developed your skills through hobbies, personal projects, or study. If you enjoy building, making, fixing, or improving things, we'd love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do
- Perform manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, and logistics activities in line with operational requirements.
- Assemble, pick, pack, move, and dispatch products and materials.
- Operate tools, equipment, and systems safely and effectively.
- Support production schedules and customer delivery commitments.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through stock movements, cycle counts, and stocktakes.
- Complete production, inventory, and quality transactions using company systems.
- Maintain accurate records and operational documentation.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve operational objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve safety, quality, and operational performance.
- Follow all safety, quality, and compliance requirements while maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
What You’ll Bring
An interest in hands-on work and a curiosity for how things are made and assembled.
Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, assembly, trades, automotive, maintenance, construction, fabrication, or a similar practical environment.
Experience gained through study, hobbies, or personal projects will also be considered.
Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment safely.The ability to read and follow drawings, specifications, work instructions, and pick lists.
Good attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work well in a team.
A current Driver's Licence.
Desirable but not essential
- Forklift Licence and/or First Aid qualification.
- Experience with ERP, warehouse, or manufacturing systems.
- Experience in inventory management, warehousing, logistics, fabrication, or production environments.
- Mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, automotive, or trade-related experience.
