☕ About the Role
This is an all-rounder front of house position suited to someone who is confident, adaptable, and proactive. You’ll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, assisting with daily operations, and helping ensure the café runs smoothly.
Requirements:
3-4days a week with flexibility for additional days if required. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday. Sunday must be available.

- Minimum 2 years experience working in cafés or similar hospitality environment

- High standards for cleanliness, presentation, and customer care
- Reliability, trustworthiness, and initiative — someone we can count on
- The ability to start early and work across weekdays and weekends
Café Trading Hours
- Monday–Friday: 5:30am – 3:00pm
- Saturday: 6:00am – 3:00pm
- Sunday: 7:00am – 3:00pm
Availability for early starts and weekend shifts is essential.
Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting customers and taking orders
- Running food and drinks
- Making basic beverages (coffee experience a bonus!)
- Managing front of house flow and customer experience
- Assisting in opening/closing procedures
- Supporting junior staff and maintaining smooth operations
- Handling POS and cash management
- Keeping the café clean, organised, and welcoming
