Front of House Staff – Thai Social Chadstone
Location: Chadstone, VIC
Position: Casual / Part-time
Thai Social Chadstone is looking for friendly, reliable and energetic Front of House Staff to join our team.
About the role
You’ll be part of our front-of-house team, helping provide a welcoming and enjoyable experience for our customers. Your duties will include:
- Greeting and serving customers
- Taking dine-in, takeaway and phone orders
- Serving food and drinks
- Processing payments and using the POS system
- Clearing and resetting tables
- Keeping the restaurant clean and organised
- Working closely with the kitchen and other team members during service
We're looking for someone who:
- Is friendly, reliable and customer-focused
- Has good communication and teamwork skills
- Is comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced restaurant
- Can work evenings and weekends
- Has previous hospitality experience (preferred, but not essential)
- Thai-speaking is highly preferred
- Chinese-speaking is also an advantage
Training will be provided, so we're also happy to consider applicants with the right attitude who are willing to learn.
