As part of our wider Hospitality Team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences during events. Your responsibilities will include working as a cashier and/or beverage attendant across our bars, kiosks, and concession outlets, ensuring efficient service and a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In-depth knowledge of food and beverages products and services offered.
- Providing friendly and efficient service.
- Responding to guests’ questions about events, services and locations within the venue.
- Set-up, service, pack-down and cleaning of catering areas.
- Restocking of catering areas. Correct operation and cleaning of food and beverage equipment and areas

We are seeking candidates with retail and/or bar service experience who are available to work event-based shifts, including evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will be friendly, energetic, reliable, and hardworking, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and contributing positively to a team environment.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Professional demeanour under pressure
- At least 1 years’ experience working in a fast-paced or high-volume events environment
- Wine knowledge, Beer pouring and cocktail making experience (desirable)
- Knowledge and awareness of cleaning chemicals
- An understanding of stock rotation and inventory control processes
- Ability to stand for extended periods, manual handling and lifting
Successful applicants will require the following.
- Food Handler Certificate
- RSA Certificate (Beverage Attendants)
- Current National Police Clearance
