We are looking for a
Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our expanding team and play a key role in attracting and securing high-quality talent across our Veterans, Aged Care, and Community Nursing services. This is an opportunity to shape recruitment strategies and processes while helping build skilled, compassionate teams that make a meaningful impact in the lives of veterans, individuals, and communities.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for frontline roles, including Personal Carers, Domestic Assistants and Nurses.
- Develop sourcing strategies to attract skilled candidates, including talent pools for hard-to-fill positions.
- Conduct screening, interviews, and reference checks with a strong focus on compliance and child-safe recruitment practices.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and provide recruitment insights.
- Implement recruitment processes and tools that support our growing workforce.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally in community / human services, or high-volume frontline environments.
- Strong knowledge of screening, compliance checks, and hiring processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to assess both skills and values alignment when selecting candidates.
- Experience with recruitment systems, ATS, and reporting.
- Commitment to safe and ethical recruitment practices.
- Eligible to hold a Working with Children Check.
