We are seeking an M&A and Strategy Manager to join our team. This is a key role responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities, while shaping the company’s long-term strategic direction. You will work closely with the General Manager – Commercial and senior leadership to drive growth, expand market presence, and enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities include:
M&A
Evaluating potential targets & growth opportunities
Conduct financial modelling to forecast cash flows and estimate valuations
Advise on corporate development strategies
Provide solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situation requires an in-depth knowledge of M&A and finance
Perform financial and commercial due diligence of potential targets
Prepare Investment Committee documentation
Liaise with Global M&A teams
Business Strategy
Analyse financial statements
Create dashboards for tracking and reviewing key performance indicators of various business functions
Analyse industry trends, competitive landscape, growth opportunities and internal and market performance
Help build business cases for new initiatives, including development of KPI's

Bachelor’s in commerce, accounting, business and/or equivalent
Proven experience in M&A and Corporate Strategy
Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial acumen
Experience within construction, infrastructure or related industries is highly desirable
Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
