Mala’la Health Service is looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to provide supervision and mentoring support for the Maintenance Workers working at the Aged Care facility and clients’ homes.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and mentoring support to the Maintenance Workers

Carry out maintenance work within the Aged Care facility and clients’ homes (mowing of lawns, gardening duties, exterior cleaning of the facility, disposal of rubbish to the tip)

Assistance with barge deliveries for the Aged Care facility

Regular maintenance of equipment, and ensuring safe and secure storage of equipment

Troubleshoot day-to-day maintenance issues as directed by the Aged Care Manager
Please note: This position does NOT come with accommodation
You need to have:
- Experience in maintenance work and supervision of staff

Current Driver’s License

Current First Aid Certificate
-
Satisfactory Criminal History Check

Current NT Working with Children Clearance OCHRE card, or willingness to obtain one

Desirable: Forklift licence
