We're seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation and regulatory change program within a leading superannuation organisation.
This role will be instrumental in delivering complex initiatives across superannuation, regulatory change, risk and compliance, partnering with business, technology and governance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet both strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
How do you exceed our expectations?
- Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on large-scale transformation or regulatory change programs.
- Strong experience within superannuation, wealth management, financial services or other heavily regulated industries.
- Proven experience delivering regulatory change initiatives, including interpreting legislation and translating regulatory requirements into business solutions.
- Strong knowledge of risk and compliance frameworks, controls, governance and operational risk management.
- Experience working with APRA, ASIC, CPS standards, SIS legislation or other superannuation regulatory requirements.
- Excellent workshop facilitation, process mapping and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working within Agile, Hybrid or Project delivery environments.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
