We are seeking an experienced part-time Oral Health Therapist to join our team. Ideally you will be:
- APHRA registered Oral Health Therapist (Full adult scope a must) with at least 2 years experience
- Experienced in Invisalign/Clear Aligners treatment is a must
- Experience with Exact Dental Software or extremely computer proficient
Essential Criteria for this role:
- Previous experience demonstrating successful working relationship with Senior dentist - including the ability to diagnose, communicate concerns to patients, helping with treatment planning and referring appropriate treatments to our dental team
- Non-judgmental dentistry and excellent patient care - we want to make sure our patients are comfortable coming to see us, and our mission is to make dentistry inclusive and ensure our patients feel amazing about oral health
- Sound computer skills (our practice uses Exact software), be personable and presentable with excellent communication skills.
- This position is for 1 day per week
We are a family friendly team - most of our team members have kids so we totally get the juggle!
You'll have access to in-house and external mentorship and education opportunities, state of the art equipment (Cerec, OPG, Itero scanner and 3D printer). We pay above award wage for the right candidate, with the opportunity become permanent part time.
