We're looking for compassionate, reliable, and experienced Support Workers to join our team supporting a participant in Windsor.
This is an opportunity to make a genuine difference in someone's life by providing consistent, person-centred support in a home environment.
About the Participant
The participant has complex physical and psychosocial support needs, including:
- Functional Neurological Disorder (FND)
- Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
- Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
- Crohn's Disease
The participant:
- Uses a wheelchair
- Requires hoist transfers
- Uses a tilt-in-space chair and commode
- Requires support with personal care, mobility, transfers, and daily living activities
Available Shifts
- 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
- 6:00 pm – 9:00 pm (includes transfer support)
There is potential for additional hours as the support roster develops.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has experience supporting people with complex physical disabilities and/or psychosocial disabilities
- Is confident using hoists and completing safe transfers (or is willing to learn with appropriate training)
- Is calm, patient, compassionate, and person-centred
- Has excellent communication skills and works well independently
- Is reliable and committed to providing consistent support
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Current Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle
- Full Australian working rights
- Experience in disability support is highly regarded

Meet & Greet Process
Successful applicants will first attend a meet and greet with the participant to ensure the role is the right fit for both parties before ongoing shifts are allocated.

Job Type: Casual
Pay: $36.08 – $44.76 per hour
