We service facilities across Sydney, regional NSW and the ACT using industry-leading equipment and proven maintenance techniques.
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and reliable Synthetic Sports Field Technician to join our team.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, travelling to different locations and taking pride in delivering high-quality results.
About the Role
As a Synthetic Sports Field Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining synthetic sports fields, courts and recreational surfaces
- Operating specialised maintenance equipment and machinery
- Performing minor repairs to synthetic turf surfaces
- Completing site inspections and identifying maintenance requirements
- Recording work completed using our digital job management system
- Travelling to client sites throughout Sydney, regional NSW and occasionally the ACT
- Working safely in accordance with company WHS procedures
- Assisting with equipment maintenance and workshop activities

Essential Requirements
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- Ability to travel throughout Sydney and NSW
- White Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing if required
- Full Australian working rights
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience operating machinery or equipment
- Turf, landscaping, horticulture, construction or maintenance experience
- Chemical Accreditation
- Forklift Licence
- Mechanical aptitude
- A Trade qualification
- MR Truck Licence
Training will be provided for the right candidate.
