What will your typical day look like?
To put it simply, we help our clients make their finance functions more efficient and effective. Join our fast-paced and growing team to work with like-minded individuals who are passionate about offering Deloitte’s latest thinking on the future of finance to the Corporate and Public Sector in relation to key accounting, reporting and finance matters. You will be responsible for the delivery of projects while providing coaching and training to juniors, be actively involved in innovation and development, promote efficient operations, and work with our directors and partners. There is no doubt this role will enhance your career through continuous exposure on complex accounting issues and business environments.

Enough about us, let’s talk about you.
You may have all or some of the following skills / experiences:
At least 5 years’ experience in finance, accounting, external audit, or a related field
Possess a bachelor’s degree or above in accounting/finance or a related field
Possess a CA/CPA qualification (or similar)
Excellent technical accounting skills with experience in applying accounting standards to government projects (desirable)
Excellent skills delivering finance or accounting advisory projects or internal improvement activities, financial reporting, management accounting, and budgeting
Proven ability to analyse, summarise and present large quantum of data
Strong communication, leadership, project management, and multitasking skills
An existing security clearance would be advantageous
Due to the client requirements, all candidates must undergo a security clearance check, and only Australian citizens can be considered for this role.
