Administration Assistant (Music)
Permanent (0.6 FTE) Part Time, Term Time Position
Work Hours: 8am start Monday to Friday
Based primarily at our White Rock campus, with some travel required to our Kewarra Beach campus.
Why This Role Matters
Due to the continued growth of Trinity Anglican School and increasing participation in our music program, we are seeking an Administration Assistant (Music) to play an integral role in supporting this vibrant and expanding area of the School. Working closely with the Head of Music, you will help coordinate instrumental tuition, ensembles, performances, communications and events that enrich student learning and engagement.

About the Role
In this role, the successful applicant will:

Provide administrative support to the Head of Music, ensuring music activities, instrumental programs and events are delivered professionally and efficiently

Coordinate dynamic music timetables, lessons, events and communications, supporting students, families, music tutors and staff

Manage student and activity information through school systems, maintaining accurate records and supporting reporting requirements

Prepare and distribute promotional materials, event information and parent communications for music programs and performances

Work collaboratively with staff across the School, contributing to the smooth operation of the Music Department and the wider TAS community

You Will Also Bring

Experience in an administration role, preferably within a school environment

Previous experience working within a music department or a personal background in music would be viewed favourably

Strong organisational, time management and problem-solving skills

Well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Outlook and Excel

Experience working with databases and school management systems (or the ability to learn quickly)

Blue Card suitability (required prior to commencement)
